View Full Version : I made goal and started Phase 3

Unfortunately, I just found this site. I wish I knew about it when I was on Phase 1. I definitely could have used the support and recipe ideas. I started IP on Aug. 1, I had weigh in today and made my goal and then some! I have lost 60 lbs. to date and started Phase 3 as well today. I am looking for breakfast ideas with this new Phase. My coaches are wonderful and give a lot of recipes, but I have never been a big breakfast eater, and now am finding that this phase may be challenging since I have only been having coffee with my IP shake for breakfast since Aug. 1. So, breakfast ideas/recipes are welcome. I look forward to reading other threads and people's success stories.:)

Great loss, jaimie70! Congrats on making goal. I do encourage you to look at LizRR's Phase 3 breakfast thread. Also, you might want to check out the maintainers thread too. Great information there.
