Ideal Protein Diet - Phase 2 losses

Long story short, my tummy (and partly my brain) has not been happy with 3 packets a day. Most people have problems with the big C, I WISH i had that problem.
I'm thinking about doing meat and veggies for lunch as in p2 to lose the weight.
Search doesn't recognize the "2 or two" in phase 2 so that didn't help.
How many pounds a week did you average in phase 2?

I skipped phase 2, but lost over 3 pounds in my 2 weeks on phase 3, which is much higher in calories and carbs. I'm sure you would continue to lose on a phase 2 regimen.

My coach did phase 2 the entire time and consistently lost weight bc she is somewhat hypoglycemic. I say try it out.

I did complete the full 2 weeks of phase 2. I lost about 2 pounds during that 2 week time period while staying 100% OP. At the time I did not exercise either; I started my workouts once I started phase 3.

My coach had me do phase 2 from the beginning and I've averaged about 3.6 lbs a week.
