Fitness Videos - Having problems with The 30 Day Shred Level 3...

I'm on the second day of The 30 Day Shred level 3 and I can do most of the moves except the minute of sit ups! Even doing the modified version I can't manage more than about five at a time let alone a whole minute's worth :( I feel so defeated but I don't want to go back to level 2. What should I do?
