Weight Watchers - Need help changing my profile

Hi, all. I went to my profile to edit it, and I just get an error message.

Those of you who managed to change your profiles, what did you do?

I clicked on "Profile," then on the "Edit Profile" tab. When I altered a couple of the fields (birthday, for example) and clicked the Submit button, I got this error message: "There is already a member with that email address, and the administrator has required that all users must have unique email addresses. If you already have a username and have forgotten your password, please click here."

The email address that is in my profile is my own. I don't get this at all.

That's the way you should do it. Your e-mail should be in there twice automatically and I wouldn't touch it if you aren't changing it. Then click SUBMIT MODIFICATIONS.

You are clicking the PROFILE at the top and not in your post right?

Yup. And I'm not touching the email address, either.

I can change my options OK, just can't seem to change the profile.

Lauren - That does sound odd - you should email Suzanne and ask her. I am sure she will know. Her email is: suzanne@3fatchicks.com (in case you didn't know). She is good at troubleshooting stuff like that. Good luck!

I thought when you wanted to change your profile, you wanted a slimmer, curvier look.
I'm not making this up, either!
