My problem is always when it's cold, I just want to cuddle up and stay warm. It is sooooo hard for me to wake up and , get moving on a chilly morning than a warm morning. I think that comes from being so used to the southern heat
but that is always my pitfall. I am working super hard on it this winter though, because I constantly tell myself how much better I am going to feel once I work out, and I won't be heavier when the New Year starts and a mass amount of people will be starting fad diets to lose the extra weight they gained over the holidays.
