Default Ok with a slow week

So I weighed in and looks like I only lost half a pound this week. I am totally ok with that though. I don't want to make it a habit but my eating was off plan about 4/7 days so it's ok. Also gives me hope that I will not gain on the holidays. This is good! And it proves to me that you guys were right: I CAN eat 1600 cals and still lose weight. I was all "I went over 1200 I ruined it!" and you all told me it was ok. Thank you!

Studies have shown a slow loss can stay off in more cases. Kudos for any loss!!

I consider any week where I don't gain a victory. Good job!

It is hard to set our expectations at realistic levels sometimes, but so much more effective, and easier not to become disheartened.

Last month I had a 19 day plateau where I did not lose anything at all. ARGH. But I hung in there and suddenly dropped quite a few in a row. It is just unpredictable and does not always happen when we want it to. But it WILL happen if we just hang in there.
