Default Progress updated...2 weeks in

So far doing pretty well...hoped to be down more than the 7/8 pounds I'm down, but that hope was not super realistic. Step class tonight! I've grown very fond of this class been hitting the gym with a fierceness lately (though not paying as much attention to my lifting right now as cardio)- last night burned 407, night before was 475, Tuesday was around 400 I think but you get the picture. Weight is hung up at 165/166 but it's TOM so I'm not too worried. Need to stop eating cookies though! Work is bad for me this time of year for all the sweets left around. But I don't go crazy on them, I have just one or 1/2 if any. Guess that's a good thing, better than going nuts and eating the heck out of everything! Tonight I am hoping to have Trader Joe's spinach pizza; the hubs said he'd pick one up. Maybe a glass of wine, maybe two. That's IT! Calorie budget will allow for them after step class. Speech FINAL tomorrow! I'm done with my AA requirements! Thank you, Lord!!!!!

I've noticed that I retain weight during my TOM as well. Losing 7 pounds in two weeks is really amazing and you should be proud of yourself!

thanks! I had a little wine the other night so retaining 2 pounds of water, but other than that not doing so badly. still 165 and really need to be 155 by February. I can do it! Good luck to you ladies, too!!!
