Default Will my neck become smaller?

hi, today I won a bet so I got an early x-mas gift.
It's just a small leather spike and chain choker I picked out and I tried putting it on but it was less than an inch too small.

When I lose weight will my neck become smaller too?
(I don't have any extra chins, I'm talking about below the chin)

Thanks

Mine did somehow, I can tell with my necklaces. I have extenders added to them so they aren't tight and now my charms are between my cleavage (sorry if TMI lol). I could remove the extenders but I am going to wait a little longer as I like the longer chain.

I am assuming you can't add an extender to that type of necklace but I am sure it will fit you soon!

Your neck will definitely get smaller. I haven't measured mine, but my old shirts with collars that button are really loose now and my necklaces hang down farther. Similarly, my wrists and fingers are a lot smaller too. My watch buckle is a couple of holes tighter now and I'm going to have to stop wearing some rings because I'm afraid they are going to fall off!

Yes, your neck will get smaller, but why don't you exchange it for something you can wear now?

I was overweight my entire life and I always had pretty things in my closet that I wanted to wear, but couldn't because I was too heavy. I regret not exchanging them at the time for things I could wear. Either they went out of fashion or my tastes changed and I never got to wear what I earlier desired.
