Default Just poking my head in - I'm back!
I took a hiatus from blogging and from the boards as my life turned up about 5000 notches and I didn't have time or energy to deal with blogging and the boards But, things have slowed down and so I'm back to blogging and will check in here more. Though, with the holiday hoopla and a party to get ready for this Saturday, I won't be on much.

I had just gotten a few emails about concerns I had fallen off the wagon. I hadn't. I was working out 4-5 times a week. I did gain a few pounds, but most of those in the last two weeks and not the two plus months I was away.

Anyway, waving - nice to see the 3 FC site again!

Though it's not nice to see I'm 10 pounds over my ticker (or nearly), but I wasn't at that weight when I left. Scale is at 182. Should drop soon as I was eating too may carbs which makes me balloon up in water weight.

Times are different - In the past, this temporary craziness would have derailed me forever. I would have quit exercising as soon as I saw I was gaining on the scale. Not this time. That can only mean good things, right?
