Low Carb Archive - Where do I begin????

I had been on Atkins about 4 years ago and did very well. I want to try to do it again but I'm at a complete loss on what to eat! I don't remember how many carbs are in an apple? orange? head of lettuce? etc.... Is there a generel list somewhere on the web I can view? Any and I mean any info is appreciated!
