04-28-2003, 11:03 AM
Down a pound to 226. :)

04-28-2003, 11:46 AM
I faced the scale this morning and I was @ 291.5. That's up 1.5 lbs, but it's actually better than I thought. It's back to business today!!!!

04-28-2003, 11:47 AM
226. and falling i only weigh in once a month though

04-28-2003, 12:12 PM
I'm down to 277... I think I was at 283 last week. Although I did weight right when I got up this morning... so that might not count....but that's ok... I'm just gonna keep on telling myself I weight 277. :) :)

04-28-2003, 12:41 PM
Congrats to all you losers....

I didn't lose any this week, but on a good note I also didn't gain any either. I stayed the same as last weeks weigh-in.

LMWI = 244 lbs
TMWI = 244 lbs

04-28-2003, 03:02 PM
I'm down 3 more pounds this week:) :)

04-28-2003, 05:12 PM
wow, you guys are doing great this week! yay! i weigh on wednesday.

04-28-2003, 08:02 PM
I gained one whole pound this week. Didn't journal my points most of the week...but now I know that's what it takes for me to do this, and do it well. So the journaling resumes tomorrow!

04-28-2003, 08:33 PM
I was up and down last week.
I weighed in this morning at 221

04-28-2003, 08:45 PM
I came in at 192 lbs. this week. That's -3 lbs. from last week. 180's here I come! Only 7 more pounds until I weigh what I did when I got married and 42 lbs. till goal.

Congratulations to all you other losers out there!:cp: Good luck and keep up the good work everyone, we can do this! :dancer:

Got my butt in gear and am down 4 pounds to 323.

04-29-2003, 01:15 PM
WOO-HOO!! Down 5 pounds this week!! I needed a big loss to keep my motivated and that did it. The most exciting part is that I now have LESS than 100 pounds to go!!

04-30-2003, 02:03 PM
I'm back down to 219 after going up to 223. I've been trying to walk more and cut down on the pop.

04-30-2003, 05:02 PM
lost 2 pounds this week. i'm liking that.

04-30-2003, 08:59 PM
What great losses this week! Congratulations. Unfortunately I'm not in the losing category this week. Up 2.6 from last week, 1.4 of that since yesterday. Can you spell "water"? (I hope.) But I've noticed that once I've seen a "new low" I usually get back to it shortly but do I ever hate this yo-yoing.

05-01-2003, 01:33 AM
288 & holding. I'm sick of maintaining.

05-01-2003, 10:16 AM
I had a really nice loss this week -- four pounds :smug: I actually managed to get in a 15 - 20 minutes walk every day this past week (extra exercise). I think that's what helped the most, although I did start drinking green tea too (I read that it was good for the metabolism). Looks like a lot of great losses this week -- congrats, everyone!

05-01-2003, 10:58 AM
Jo - Do you drink the tea hot or cold? I've never had cold green tea...wondering if it's gross or not.

SAPF...Maintain is better than gain...how long have you been stuck?

05-01-2003, 11:58 AM
New low this week! First time I've seen this number in 3+ years!

One pound gone.

05-01-2003, 12:31 PM
Angi, congrats on the new low!

Jenelle - I actually drink it both ways. Kroger had a gallon jug of Arizona Diet Green Tea on sale, so I got it and I drink a glass of that with lunch. Then, for supper, I brew a hot cup of green tea (decaf mandarin, I think . . . I just got it because I thought the Panda sleeping in the orange grove was cute :) ). I like it both ways.

05-01-2003, 12:56 PM
Down 1.5 this week to 271.5. 1.5 to go to reach my May 5th goal! I think it will be tough, but I am going for it!

05-01-2003, 01:36 PM
Jennelle--2 months, babe.

I will say though that every piece of clothing I'm wearing right now (except my undies) does not fit me. The band of my bra needs to be smaller. My shirt is sliding around my shoulders & my sweater is too big, too. I'm also afraid someone might pants me. :(

05-01-2003, 01:46 PM
Down 1.25....70 total!!! Whoohooo!

05-01-2003, 03:45 PM
SAPF - What plan are you following? WW? Calorie-counting?

05-01-2003, 05:42 PM
i'll have my first official weigh in in 2 weeks tomorrow-- at the beg. of April, I went to my gyn dr., and she told me to stop focusing on the scale weight b/c I'm in good health, size and fitness. Unofficially, I'm at 197 on my home scale, but (and this is a big but), i can fit into my high school graduation dress (except for my huge boobs, which didnt fit into it when I graduated!!), and I am fitting a 12 at the gap and ann taylor! (actually, i only tried on skirts and dresses for work & ...but still) i'm hoping to be a solid 12 by the end of the month. When i graduated, i think i was 170. Muscle weighs way more than fat!

everyone is doing so well!! congrats to the other lori---3 pounds a week is so exciting!! yay, ladies and gents! you guys inspire me every day.

05-01-2003, 08:06 PM
That's wonderful, Loryivey!

I know what you mean about the boobs. I tried on a size XL at Old Navy today, but couldn't even button it. I can wear XL in some T-shirts, but just couldn't stuff 'em into that shirt. My perky 36B boobs are just a distant memory.

05-02-2003, 12:58 AM
Jennelle--just watching portion sizes & making good choices 90% of the time. Just kicked up the exercising a notch recently. I know muscle ways more than fat, it's just frustrating.

I did join the gym today w/my best friend & her little girl. :D So hopefully I will be kicking butt & taking names soon enough in this weigh-in thread.

05-02-2003, 02:36 PM
can we talk a little about how much i'd like to have EVER been a 36B! I was a 34D when I was in 9th grade!! And what I wouldn't give to be that size again!!

anyway, small successes to report: 1. I actually went to weight watchers for hte first time in 3 weeks. and 2. i am down to 196.0. so i'm going in the right direction!

05-02-2003, 03:08 PM
I'm down 3.2 lbs. so I lost the .2 I gained last week (no ham for me anymore!) and 3 more. Only 1.2 to meet my Memorial Day goal. I'm going out of town for three days, and I know I'm going off my program, but it will be a "planned" going off, if you know what I mean.

05-03-2003, 08:17 PM
This week I am down 3 lbs. Total loss so far = 19.4 lbs total.

:dancer: :cb: :cb: :cb: :dancer:

05-03-2003, 11:57 PM
Alright Kari!!!!

Congrats to all you other losers too!! Next week I hope to be one of you!!! :)

05-04-2003, 03:24 AM
I'm down another 4.75 this week... and now, I have LESS than 200 to go to goal... hehe, not much less, but not that long ago, I had 209 to go!

05-04-2003, 08:15 AM
Grrr...regained the pound it took me 4 weeks to lose! I know exactly how so I really shouldn't be surprised or complain too much.

Refusing to change my signature...

05-04-2003, 12:41 PM
PNG - I also jumped for joy when I broke that less than 100 to go mark, so I know how you feel! Celebrate, girl! :D

Also, I've tried to look at your TOPS link but it keeps getting a "cannot find server" error. :?:

05-04-2003, 02:49 PM
It will be back up in about a week or so, blah, had huge problem with my server, and I'm in the process of changing now... my site's run by sponsors... so I'm waiting for the checks to come in... one should be here within a matter of days, to get me started, and then another to cover most of the hosting for the year :)

05-04-2003, 11:08 PM
I weighed in today at 295! 2 more pounds gone!

05-04-2003, 11:44 PM
CONGRATS to all the losers!!! :D :D

Woo Hoo!!!
