Im back after a long time. almost a year. My goal right now is to stay on plan for a week. monday will be a full week. 3 days in and 4 to go. Godwilling I can do this. Thank you all for your support.

Three days is like magic for me I think. When you get through that hump of three solid days I think that things get easier for a little while. Good job and you got this!

well i did six days and had a small cheat on friday and on plan today. weighed in at 213.6 this morning and started the week at 215. im on my way again and im doing my best to stick to it. :)
