Today I will go to yoga class even though I still have a few sore spots from the last one.
I will not overindulge in the chicken dish that I'm making for dinner which is going to be absolutely delicious. It is going to have to be enough to last for at least 2 dinners.
Today I will swim HARD on my lunch hour and not let the things on my mind keep me from pushing myself.
I will not throw away the remainder of my week just because I cheated yesterday and have four food related events coming up. I will stay 100 percent on plan today and work a little harder to make up for yesterday!
Tonight (while out and about) I'll have a Starbucks tuna melt panini for supper and ONE glass of wine at my networking meeting. Consider this signed in blood.
