Just curious if anyone has read the book Eating Less by Gillian Riley?

I heard about it on Skwigg's Happy Eaters forum actually and read the convo about it there, and I'm thinking about getting it.

Any comments from those who've read it?

Ive been really wanting to read, but i cannot find a hard copy or even a copy to download to kindle, anywhere... Barnes and Noble cant even special order it, and i dont like to buy things off of random places on the internet (have had credit card info stolen before)

I just bought it on Kobo and started reading. So far the first few pages are good at least, haha.
