Brekkie: Mocha Cocomint Pudding, Coffee with Salted Caramel SF Syrup
Lunch: Greek Salad...lettuce, red, orange and yellow mini bell peppers, tomatoes, red onions, 1 oz feta, 10 pepperonis, pepperoncinis, 1 TBSP parmesan cheese, homemade greek salad dressing
Dinner: Butter Pecan Bar, 2 cups Kale Chips
Snack: IP Raspberry Jelly

Breakfast: 6oz plain greek yogurt, 1 cup berries, 2 turkey sausage patties, 1 cup Kashi
Lunch: Big salad with tuna, evoo, vin, salt and pepper
Dinner: Leftover pork roast, mashed cauliflower
Snack: Chocolate pudding smoothie
