I ask because I trying to ditch the scales (again), and I was thinking about other things to focus on besides a number.
My main goal is to fit comfortably in a pair of jeans my sister gave me a while ago. She thought they might fit, since they were too big for her, but they didn't. I wanted to use them as a pair of goal jeans. I can just do the button up.
I also want to focus more on my fitness, as well as stick to my daily calorie goal.
i want to increase my exercise too...and stick to my meal plans without cheating...also get into a really cool top my bestie bought for me...tis a bit tight and i like things with room in them...just generally be more healthier and have less pain!!...cheers liz
There's a shirt my aunt gave me earlier this year that was way too small. I'd like to fit in it comfortably for Christmas and I'm almost there; I'm guessing another five pounds might do it.
I'd also like to get a lot of walking in for the month, two miles a day would be great.
Not counting tomorrow because I have to work 15 hours, I want to swim 6 days a week and add in kettle bells once a week and use a pedometer. I plan to try intermittent fasts too.
Goal? Non scale, I'd like to have the 3x tops I just bought fit over my belly completely.
I want to run 3 times a week, swim once a week and do some weight lifting. I want to wear my skirt which I bought 14 years ago while I was living in England and haven't worn since 2002. fingers and mouth shut.
Ultimately I want to be able to do 12+ pushups on my toes in a row. I'm still building up my upper body strength, but thanks to Chalene Extreme I was able to do 6 pushups in a row last month for the first time in my entire life!
For this month I plan on doing random push ups on the floor everyday and hoping I can reach my goal by the end of the month.
I understand that if I don't make exercise a regular part of my life, I will never be able to maintain my weight loss. Therefore, my number one goal is to continue to walk or hike every week.
I want to add another set of bulgarian split squats, get up to 100 crunches, and be able to do 15 pushups from my toes. Also, lose 2+ inches off my waist, and stick to my eating plan while still allowing myself to enjoy my favorite Christmas things and traditions.
I want to stay on plan when my husband returns from his deployment and continue going to the gym. Every other time he's gotten home I've used it as an excuse to slack and this time WILL be different.
I want to be more consistent with my workouts again and stop the snacking I started doing. I'd screwed around for two months, time to get serious again!
