Breakfast: EAS Shake

Lunch: Green Salad and chicken, EAS Shake, cucumbers

Dinner: cucumbers, green salad, hamburger meat lean, vinegar with 1000 island dressing and tomato slices

Lunch--Jimmy Johns turkey unwich and 2 hard boiled eggs
Snack--jicama with cinnamon and sugar
Dinner--Big salad and hamburger
Snack--Caramel delight bar
