I have 3 unopened copies of the OLD Mastercook Cooking Light, the original version for Win95. I had ordered version 6.0 from a Canadian dealer after Sierra stopped producing Mastercook and it was impossible to find. I paid a small fortune for it! Unfortunately, the guy sent the original version, which I already had on my old PC, AND was incompatible with WinXP which I had on my new PC. I had ordered 3 copies, one for each of us, but none of us could use it. I tried unsuccessfully to return it, and it's been tucked in my closet since last year. I'm cleaning house now, and hate to toss it if someone can use it.
This MIGHT work on Win98, as many Win95 programs still worked on 98, I have no idea. I only know that it definitely won't work on XP.
It has over 1000 recipes from Cooking Light built in, and you can enter your own recipes as well. It provides full nutrition information for each recipe.
If you have an older computer and can use a copy, let me know. We are not responsible for any problems if you install it and it's not compatible with your system.
I'll send it for free, as long as you are in the US. One copy per person
