I started counting calories and doing light cardo on 10/18/12. I haven't really "dieted". I've been eating the same way I always have just kept it under (or close to) 1350 calories a day. I weigh every morning, just to keep myself in check and this morning my total loss is TEN POUNDS!!! (Happy dance)
My org goal is 175 and I plan to re-evaluate when I reach it but for now all I can think is WOOO WHOOOO TEN LBS GONE!!!
