Default Gym buddy in Cardiff?
So I'm new here! Hi
I really want to start gong to the gym but I don't want to go on my own. . .my friends either don't have time or don't want to go so m a bit stuck
So I want to go 2-4 times a week so if anyone from Cardiff is interested let me know!

I'm no where near Cardiff myself so can't be much help! Hope you find someone or pluck up the courage to go alone instead.
