Talking Impossibly Low Point+ Pumpkin Pie
Can't have turkey day without pumpkin pie, so how about one that is only 8P+ for the WHOLE DARN PIE!!!

Impossibly Low Point+ Pumpkin Pie

1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
1 1/2 c skim milk
1/2 c egg beaters (or 3 egg whites)
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
dash or 2 of cinnamon
1 tsp vanila
2/3 c granulated splenda

Combine all ingredients
beat until smooth
Pour into a 9" sprayed pie plate
bake at 425 for 15 minutes
reduce heat to 350 and bake additional 45 minutes
Serve with fat free cool whip
the whole pie is 8 p+
