Seems too low in protein to me -- I think most IP products are 15-18g.

Maybe as a once in a while kind of thing?

That's too low in protein to really be equivalent to a packet - as someone mentioned most IP products are about 15g, and even most alternatives that are good substitutes for IP clock in around 12-15g protein.

It's also pretty high in calories (the calorie count is closer to the restricted products), and I'd be wary of the sugar alcohols.
