Default So you might not want to get the flu shot...
I had the flu this week. Although I hated going through it and would have agreed to gain 50 pounds just to make it all stop...when all was said and done, I was six pounds lighter. At first, I thought I was down 9 pounds, but three came back on when I re-hydrated and ate.

Flu is very helpful for weight loss.

Seriously! I was horribly sick too a couple weeks ago, too. It was miserable. I'm still fighting it. But I sure can't complain about the loss!
