Hi everyone. I've been having a blast reading though some old threads about this diet! I am going to a meeting tonight to start the IP diet. It's something my local location does. Then they give you a discount to start. My plan is to start tomorrow, I hope they let me...

Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself! I'm Jenn and I've been married for a little over 15 years to Jon. I have two beautiful children (Coby - 12 and Ella - almost 10). I'm in Nursing School and have ONE MORE YEAR to go!

Since going back to school my weight has crept back up. I had lost about 70 pounds after having the kids and had a tummy tuck done. Now I'm back up about 20/25 pounds and it's driving me crazy.

Can't wait to "meet" all of you and enjoy the support I feel on this board!

Welcome. I am fairly new too. I am doing great on this diet. I am typically a very slow loser and these are the best results I have ever had. Everyone here is great about answering questions. Good luck!

Welcome! This is a wonderful site and has kept me OP (on program) for the past 43 days and -29.7 lbs! I have a long way to go but I feel like I have the support from people who understand!
Cant wait to hear about your weight losses!
