Default Whats your heaviest lift?

I know we can't really compare ourselves to other people...but i can't help wondering what other people do....theres very few women that lift regularly in my gym so I don't really have anyone to peek at....
so.....
can i have a glimpse of what you ladies are lifting? squats.....curls... bench....deadlift....anything you're most proud of.....

i'm kinda happy to curl a 50 lb straight bar 4xs...
40 used to be my max then all of a sudden after trying the 50, 40 was no sweat....funny how that works.

50?! that's pretty good. on the preacher curl, my max right now is 35. that exercise kills my wrists and i am not sure that i am doing it correctly so i will ask a trainer tonite.

Okay right off the top of my head...

My calves are probably my strongest body part - I can do 20 reps at 460 pounds without too much of a problem.

Squats - 140 pounds plus the bar, which I suppose would be 45 more pounds? for 10 reps.

Leg Press - 600+ for 12 reps

Preacher Curls - 50-60 pounds (10-12 reps)

Skullcrushers - 60 pounds for 10 reps

Rows - 140 pounds for 12 reps

i think sitting rows are my heaviest right now, in comparison to other body parts

60 kgs (132 lbs) for 3 x 6 reps

i usually want to die after this.

Karen -- how in the world do you press 600+ with your legs? i can't even get up to 300 without feeling that my heart is going to explode !!!

i was thinking the same thing! wow, that is impressive. the upper body amounts are also amazing. my upper body used to have all the strength of an overboiled wet noodle. now i do okay, but there is MAJOR room for improvement.

I've got tendinitis in my elbows and shoulders & am trying to start doing UBWO's again so those are very low. I try to avoid free weights for legs because it aggrevates the problem.

I've got pretty strong legs, too.

Leg Press: 760 lbs.
Donkey Calf Raise: 400 lbs-the stack
Standing Calf Raise: The stack-I think it was 300 lbs. We don't have this at my current gym.

Default SQUATS

These are 10 rep maxes:

285 lbs.- missed 300 on Wednesday (but I finally broke more than twice body weight)
calves: 400 X 15
Leg press- 540
skull crushers- 55lb bar
bar curls-60
shrugs- 2 80 lb db's.
db curls -uh, much lighter than you'd expect. but who's counting?

and my most torturous: hack squat: 110 plus sled.
