The salted caramel chocolate pudding muffins sound good! What's your recipe?
The salted caramel chocolate pudding muffins sound good! What's your recipe?
My recipe isn't fine tuned but all I did was whip up an egg white, 1/4-1/2 tsp baking powder, tsp of SF salted caramel syrup and an IP milk chocolate pudding packet. I added water until it was the right consistency. Cooked at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. It made 8 mini muffins. I need to write down what I do more so I can be more helpful. I am sure the recipe threads have pudding muffin recipes. I just added the SF syrup.
