Food Talk And Fabulous Finds - Serving Sizes

I need a refresher course on serving sizes. For example, one carbohydrate/grain serving is suppose to equal 60 calories.
Therefore, if I eat Cheerios cereal at 120 calories a cup ---does that mean that I have consumed two starch/carb/grain exchanges????
