November is here, that means it's the season of big meals and dieting struggles. Exercising is one thing I have control over all month long, how about you? I may not be able to control how much brown sugar my MIL puts in her sweet potatoes but I can control how much I exercise! Share your goals and accomplishments for the month here :)

My goals for the month are to exercise 30 minutes every day and to make sure I walk (or WATP) 80 miles this month.

11/1~ 30m (2mi WATP)

11/3~ 2hr walking while taking the kids trick or treating in a very hilly development.

I'm Canadian so my Thanksgiving was in October, but I'd still like to do this challenge!

My goal is to exercise at least 30 minutes every day with a mix of cardio and strength training.

11/1~ 30 minute walk (1.8km); arms 30reps, legs 30 reps, shoulders 30reps
11/2~ 40 minute walk; arms 50 reps, shoulders 50 reps

I can not get my back to go more than a day without pain! It will feel great and I am like YES great exercise day and boom I am dying the next day :( I don't really have the money to go to the chiropractor but I may have to decide which bill I'm not paying on payday and go. UGGGG

sommer, hope ur back is doing better! i know once mine decides to act up it takes forever it seems to get it rite again! hope you ladies are all doing good on ur exercise!

I have done nothing exercise wise :( Yesterday I could barely move, just being still my lower spine and right hip hurt so bad I found tears in my eyes a few times. Hubby was insisting he was going to borrow money from his mom to take me to the chiropractor. Our copay is 80 bucks :( but I refused. I tried to get my hip in on my own last night and it seems to be a bit closer to where it belongs today, but definately not in place. I have been doing the bare mininum as far as moving until it feels a little better, then I think I will be on the treadmill doing a simple walk for a good long while as my exercise so it has time to settle in where it belongs.
