Let's start out November good. I am going to NYC for Thanksgiving so I know I will be doing lots of walking that week :)

1080 / 1500. (hmm will I get 420 minutes in today not likely lol)

3 - physically active for a solid 8 hours, but not counting towards goal
4 - 40 minutes spinning 10 minutes kettle bells
5 - rest, sort of another physical work day
6 - 55 minutes spinning

10 - 1hr indoor cycling
11 & 12 nada :(

Thanks for the nudge in the pre-holiday thread, Jennifer. I really do need to stay accountable for exercise. My goal is to exercise at least 4 days per week, preferably 5 or 6. Need to cement it as part of my daily routine.
