I created a ticker and found out I have to be on this site for 20 days before I can create a signature, so I am just going to have to paste it into my messages for now!

Been having a great day today... need to drink some more water so I get to 64 oz for the day!!!

Hello everyone.

I went to aquafitness today and my arms are sore. I stayed in points so far and have enough for a snack if I want. I have been busy steam cleaning carpets.

Dianajust wanted to let you know the cauliflower soup I made was tasty. I may try it with brussel sprouts. Thanks for starting the new thread.

Mamakathope you and your family are safe.

I hope to shed my .2 plus more this week. Still dealing with TTOM.

I am going to the pool tomorrow too.

Good Morning, Everyone!

I had a bit of TTOM insomnia last night/this morning. I woke an hour early. I tend to do that with TTOM.

Calories for yesterday: 1240 +
Weigh In: 151.8 (TTOM)
Down: .2

wonder0149 Hi and Welcome to the check-in!

Hi everyone!

I used to take part in this forum a year and a half ago, and I'm back! I got down to 137 at one point, and now I'm up to 151. Was even higher after Canadian Thanksgiving. I really need the accountability.

So, here goes.

Good Morning Everyone

The city is up early digging the neighborhood out. That's a lot of sand. So we drained the basement not too bad it could have been way worse. Luckily we cleaned the basement this year. We lost a lot of books, college and religious...which I thought I tossed years ago. The gym may not be lost, its a mess but might dryout and luckily it was ground watwr and not sea. No power still and its cold but not freezing. We have Jaws our fighting fish surrounded by candles and gave the rat new xmas boxes to huddle in hoping to keep the two naked runts warm. Its yet another experience

Welcome to the newcomers, this os a grat place for support.

My phone is acting weird so I have to sing off. I pigged out one 1.5 chicken ceaser saldas at applebees last night..I was hungry. No food was saved fpr dh and I so doing our best to get buy. Even if I stopped dieting there's only gluten so no food is safe anyway...maybe I'll lose some weight.

Have a wonderful and healthy day!

Good morning, everyone

Welcome, roadbikerchick. Glad you are back and joined in our thread.

mamakat, glad the damage was not worse... big job getting everything all cleaned up. Hope you get power soon.

I got a 242 again during the night but this morning it is saying 243... so still no progress but at least down from what it has been the past couple days. This is CRAZY! I just can't allow myself to become discouraged... have to keep going!!!

Have a good day, all.

Misti: Chilli is my favourite food.

Roadbikerchick: Welcome!

Mamakat: Hoping you guys get power again soon. What do you eat when you don't have access to a fridge or a stove? What does someone eat during a storm?

Today, I was at the grocery store after my workout in my workout clothes. This lady behind me starts chatting me up when I'm in line. She starts talk about this media created hysteria to workout. How it's so horrible and so paranoid with all this pressure to workout. I said I agreed with her.

As I came home again, it suddenly hit it me she might be talking about me personally. I'm not quite sure of to interpret the situation because I didn't realize the significance of how I was standing post workout in full gear when she started talking to me at the time.

What am I supposed to make of it?

Isabellaolivia I would not make anything of it. The cashier likely wanted to talk and just read or heard something about working out. She may even be feeling guilty for not doing it herself and wanted to 'vent' or even 'connect' with another human being however briefly. And not sure what you mean by 'workout gear' but I know many people who wear runners, yoga pants and a tee or sweat shirt all the time.

Mamakat Nice to see you posting today. Hope you get some decent gluten free food soon. The salad sounds good though.

Welcome wonder0149 and roadbikerchick. I find this thread very supportive.

I went to the pool today. I am hoping to get a massage in tomorrow because I pulled my left shoulder and neck. At least that is how it feels.

This might be a stupid question but are you sure you have bed bugs? They are very visible and if you're not seeing any...also you'd have blood on the sheets. Could be something else.
