View Full Version : Kashi, Dijon Mustard, Etc...

I am on the LA Weightloss diet for my second week now. I am on the Red plan and I have Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal, Dijon Mustard, Chicken in a can (like tuna) and tv dinners that are 300 or less calaries per dinner. Are these things I am allowed on this type of plan? I am just needing some guidance from people with experience on the new program. Thank you:?:

Just popping in and see your question.
Kashi cereal should be fine, measure like 3/4 c or so and count as a starch.
Chicken in a can should be fine, also, measure out, cooked weight, i think it's like 4 oz or so.
Mostly tv dinners are high in sodium. Lean Cuisine's used to be okay bc the sodium was low.
read your labels.
Try to eat as natural as you can.

Do you mind posting what your "RED" plan guidelines are? Proteins starches etc.
