Newbie and setting my first goal! A little short term but its a start:)

My first mini goal is to keep the calorie count between 1800 - 2000 calories per day until October 27th!! Taking the kids out to a hotel and what better reward then to order out pizza and enjoy an evening out with the family before setting my next goal :carrot:

I am also still nursing my 9 month old so I will have to see how well the Calories reduction works and what I am losing as I don't want to go down too fast. I started a couple of days ago, anyone else want to join my first challenge feel free to join and support me!

Made it through another day, that 4pm craving is hard to get through :( Also made chocolate chip cookies with the kids...mmm Still kept with my goal!

Another day gone by, was much better as I was busy running around ad did not notice the mid afternoon cravings! Actually I was quiet satisfied with today and felt full ;)

Thanks everyone! Been a long today, brought my daughter for an ultra-sound and my husband to the er :( I also am stuffed up but did manage to get a 30 minute walk this evening! Over-all good day, I do find when I am extra busy I don't crave the snacks as much. Also felt good to just get out side and away from the kids for a few minutes.

Wrapped up another emotional day :( More so with my 12 year old, just don't know what to, what a pain waiting for help and when she needs it the most. They think she is depressed, so do I but they next time she sees anyone is in 2 weeks. In the meantime everyone is putting up with her all time lows and breakdowns so it's a real mess emotionally to get through it all :'(

another day gone by!

Wrapped up another emotional day More so with my 12 year old, just don't know what to, what a pain waiting for help and when she needs it the most. They think she is depressed, so do I but they next time she sees anyone is in 2 weeks. A little over on the goal today but did the 1 week weigh in and I dropped 2 lbs! So all in all it was a good day :) 3 more days to go!!!

Feeling great today! Went out to lunch with one of my daughters and still came out on the lower end today :) Also booked a second night to my hotel treat with my family this weekend, the kids r excited!!!

Forgot a vi shake yesterday so I added that in and had to guess today's meal as we had a family supper, went on the high side just in case. Been doing great and managed to get some 35 minutes walks in most every day! I actually look forward to getting outside now ;)

Back from a wonderful weekend with my family! Made my overall goal and it feels nice to have a starting place again. Even went for some new cloths this weekend and it feels nice to go from a size 10 to a size 8! Even found a pair of size 6 that fits which I have not been into in a dogs age so I cannot wait to keep going ;) Will be setting a new 14 day goal starting tomorrow!
