I'm not quite to the 240's yet, but I was reading through your thread. I just wanted to tell goingtobskinny that you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. You have lost so much in a short time. I started on Atkins last July and I've only lost about 75 pounds. For the past couple of months I did nothing but gain and lose the same few pounds, so now I'm doing WW. This is only my 7th day but I've lost a little over 3 pounds so I'm glad the scale is moving again and hope I'll be in the 240's soon. Just keep up the good work!

And I agree going2be you are being a bit hard on yourself.
Actually once I get out of here I will NEVER come back just because the scale bounces up a bit temporarily.... LOL once I hit that lower number I count it and keep going!!!

Everyone is just doing so great.
I'm staying steady for the last day or so at 249.5, hoping to get down a little this week, but not having time to exercise during lunch this week. I'll just have to be extra vigilant with my eating this week.
