My Memorial Day Challenge is to lose 10 lbs!! :D

My Status So Far:
March 16th: 191
March 24th: 186
March 31st: 182
April 7th: 180
April 14th: 179
April 20th: 177

My Starting Weight is: 177 (April 20th)

Okay--I think I'm gonna join this challenge. My goal is to get to 127. That's just 3 lbs, but I have had a problem getting there!!
I need to start journaling again!!
I am also going to challenge myself to drink 65 oz of water per day!

Okay, I don't have a Memorial Day challenge. I have a Birthday challenge, and my birthday is only two weeks after Memorial Day. My Birthday challenge is to reach my 10% WW loss - 210 lbs. (Why the math looks screwy: On my signature, I have my all-time highest weight posted. My WW beginning weight was 233.)

ANYHOW.....since I lost SIX POUNDS this week (yay me! :cb: ), I want to lose 17 more lbs. by June 14.

Snack: Angel Food Cake

Okay, girls--I screwed up on my 1st day of the challenge!! Went to Walmart and bought the 1/2 priced jellybeans!! After I had probably 1/2 a bag throughout the day, it was downhill from there!! See why my goal is only 3lbs???????

Thats ok Shelley, I had an affair with a chocolate Easter Bunny! And I need to lose alot more then you.

Okay....I was 1 pound short of my 12 pound Easter goal...let's go for 10 pounds on the Memorial day challenge!!!!!!

Although I probably gained a pound or two back from that damn bunny! :sp:

Well I gainned almost a pound over easter, so Shelley and Gayle you aren't the only ones. Now we need to get back to it. Life is not only about dieting life does go on and we can't get discouraged. Get back at it girls.

My goal is to lose 5 pounds. That is a pound a week.

Dinner...BLT salad w/ ranch dressing :T
1 glass of wine

Tuesday..
Breakfast...1 boiled egg, bacon
Lunch....big salad w/ deli turkey
Dinner....steak, broccoli w/ cheese :T
Snack....Pure Delite choc bar

Wednesday...
Breakfast...hard cheese, sausage patty
Lunch....Taco salad
Dinner....Grilled chicken, small salad :T

32 days totally OP!!!! :D

Stressed is desserts...spelled backwards!! Weird huh~~

B--Scrambled eggs with bacon

L--1/2 avocado w/tuna and mayo

snack--Atkins bar

D--BBQ chicken breast, salad with Girard's dressing and parmesan cheese.

Tomorrow is my 2 month anniversary on Atkins...I can't believe I have made it this far. Less than 2 months until our Maui trip....Yeeeehaaaa!

Shelley, sounds like you and I are in the same boat. I can't get my motivation back every since Easter. Today is a new day and today will be an OP day!!!! I would really like to be able to buy a cute outfit for Liz's graduation, something other then a granny or cow style.

I am back down to my pre easter weight.....yes. I was hoping that it wouldn't take to long and that I wouldn't get discouraged.
Gayle I know that I feel bored and sorry for myself while Larry is gone. I usually don't eat for the first few days then I binge. Hang in there and focus. Shelley you to can do it. With all that jogging at least it helps to maintain.

I finally lost 1 more lb!!!! I'm now down 16. 1 lb. down and 7 to go on the Memorial Day challenge.

My meals:

B--2 fried eggs and Canadian bacon

L--salad, chicken and green beans

D--chicken sausage, cheese and deviled eggs

I am starting fresh today!! I am going to be bold and tell you what I ate yesterday, the last day of secretaries week:
coffee
2 bagels
3 macadamia nut cookies
1 slice cheesecake!!
1 peanut butter cookie with chocolate chips
2 boards egg matzo
1 slice Oscar Mayer turkey
diet coke
1/2 container ff whipped topping
bite of WW key lime pie
1 sf/ff fudgesicle.


I think that was everything!!! What a pig--I knew I would be starting today. I hopefully will run some off this morning!!

Looks like your menu for yesterday hit all my favorite food groups...If I posted a binge day it would be an essay! Welcome back to OP land!

I lost another pound! The Whoosh fairy has been kind! Total lost now at 18 lbs. I have 5 more lbs. to go on the Memorial Day challenge.

I had a completely OP day yesterday!

Breakfast- Coffee, banana--3 points

Lunch--Salad, popcorn--5 points

Dinner--Chicken, rice, carrots 12 points

Snacks--Miss Meringue, WW Lime Pie, ff/sf fudgesicle--7 points

Earned 5 AP's for running

Total for day= 22 points

Didn't do well on water, though!!

WI-Sunday April 27-131.5 Gained 1 lb. for my week of binging!!

Shelley isn't it great being on weight watchers. I like getting the extra points for activity, and also the food choices.

This week I lost 1.5 pounds. that much closer to goal.

breakfast: roast pork
lunch: roast pork, olives
snack: sf jello
dinner: fillet mignon, lettuce, cucumber, olives, ranch dressing

I am not going to weigh until the end of the challange. I tend to get too number obsessed! I feel like I am doing well though, especially since hubby is now on Atkins with me. I downloaded some yummy recipies from a lowcarb board and I'm going to try them out this weekend. I'm ready for a bit of a change from what I've been eating. I'm going to make chicken cordon bleu, creamy sour cream chicken, hamburger cheese pie, and southwest deviled eggs.

I am not going to post my menus--just how many points I have eaten. Yesterday I ate above my 18-23 points. I ate 33, but earned 7 AP, so I netted 26 points for the day.

Lunch: grilled chicken tenders w/grilled veggies, salad
Dinner: creamy chicken breasts, sugar free popsickle

I didn't take a free day this past week. I have 48 days until hubby's 30th reunion and I want him to be proud to be seen with me!
