Breakfast: Proti Diet honey soy nut cereal, 3 oz Pure protein vanilla RTD as "milk"

Lunch: salad with 1C red bell pepper, 1C cucumber, oil and lime juice vinaigrette. IP chocolate soy puffs

Dinner: tuna mixed with WF ranch and diced celery, over a salad with green bell peppers.

Snack: Health Wise Proticcino in 1 cup black Pumpkin Spice coffee

Lunch: lettuce w/ WF dressing, IP chicken ala king, sliced green pepper

Dinner: salad w/ EVOO & lemon juice, steak & halibut, vegetables (I may have to pick at this, it is at a benefit dinner, hopefully the veggies are allowed ones)
Snack: IP Blueberry Cran-Granata drink

Breakfast: EAS Chocolate fudge "pudding" made with 2 egg whites and 1/2 t. xanthan gum..

Lunch: EAS Vanilla shake; 1 boiled egg

Dinner: Roast and broccoli with portabella mushrooms

Snack: 1/2 shake

I had
Breakfast : chocolate drink
Lunch : caramel nut bar with fresh peppers and steamed seasoned cauliflower
Dinner : chicken seasoned with mrs dash chicken seasoning with steamed mushroom and zuchinni.
Snack : butterscotch pudding (don't like that one either)

End of day #2... missed the call from my IP coach

120oz of water ... its been easier than I thought drinking all that water during the day!
