I had
Breakfast : chocolate drink
Lunch : caramel nut bar with fresh peppers and steamed seasoned cauliflower
Dinner : chicken seasoned with mrs dash chicken seasoning with steamed mushroom and zuchinni.
Snack : butterscotch pudding (don't like that one either)
End of day #2... missed the call from my IP coach
120oz of water ... its been easier than I thought drinking all that water during the day!
