I'm tired, I've been at work or school from 7 am to 10 pm without a break. My sinuses, throat and head hurt like, omg, bad. But, I did 30 minutes of exercise at home. Now other parts of me hurt in a good way.

That is all.

PS: Yes, I totally just pat myself on the sweaty back.

You SHOULD pat yourself on the back!!! Great job. It's important to make a big deal when we push through tough times!

Treat yourself well and rest if you need to if you are not feeling well!
