Thumbs up I still have a long way to go but I'm so proud!
I started this journey to get healthy in Mid June. As of today I have lost 45 lbs. That is exactly 25% of my total goal!!! I've gone down a couple dress sizes and I've lost over 30 inches from all over my body since the beginning of August (I wish I'd measured from the start.)

I know I can do it but sometimes the goal seems so huge (to lose 180 lbs) so today was a great milestone for me to know that I am 1/4 of the way there. I am proud of the progress I've made in the last 4 months. I'm also excited that I'm only 5 lbs away from the 50-lb mark and I wanna meet that by Halloween.

You should feel PROUD of yourself & I need to rub elbows with you. I got off track for 1 week & am trying to get back on the wagon
