I have them all the time. Mind that I suffer from epocondilitis (lateral and medial) - mine are usually calcium deposits that gather around my surgery (injury) areas and disperse either by themselves or with a whack of a mallet (either by me or the doc.

Is it hard or soft? Does it hurt when you move it? Is the area bruised?
