One Reason to Stay On Plan Today~October
Figured I would start the new one for October since we've still been on the September thread!
One reason for me to stay on plan today is because I have been sticking with this for two weeks and I am not giving up on myself ever again!

I am with you on this one! Plus I want to be able to find an outfit I actually like and look good in for thanksgiving when we go see relatives out of state that haven't seen me since May when I was starting my weight-loss journey

- Because it's possible for me to weigh in below 290 this week, and I've been stuck above it for a very long time!
- Because I had a bad binge yesterday and it made my body feel AWFUL today. I definitely don't want to do that to myself again.

Because even though the pounds aren't dropping like crazy and I'm far from it, I really just feel 'thin' today. It feels good.
