Default Gram weight for veggies?

Does anyone have a list of gram weights for 1 cup veggie servings? I prefer to use my kitchen scale than just eyeballing my measurements. I know broccoli is 84g for 1 Cup (nutritional info on bag).

I am mainly trying to figure out cucumbers. My coach said english cucumbers are 2 cups but I prefer the regular ones (less bitter).

One way to figure this out would be to use the water displacement method to figure out what one cup is, and then remove the veggies and weigh them to determine the gram weight.

It is a two step process, but once you do it, you can use the info moving forward.

Truthfully? Measuring down to the gram isn't really going to make that much of a difference in terms of getting the most out of the diet. The veggies on the approved list are all low carb, so whether you have 80g or 90g of broccoli it won't have that great an impact on your results. There are times when I measure my 1 cup chopped (smaller pieces so more per cup) or sliced (larger pieces, less per cup). The measuring is more helpful in getting us used to eating healthy portions of healthy veggies, as opposed to being exact measurements.

That's perfect, thank you.

I'm not really worried about eating too many veggies since they are all low carb but I do want to at least make sure I am eating enough.
