Default Suggestions to re-start

I previously lost enough where I was happy with my weight. I have since been on two business trips, a training course and holidays. Needless to say I went up about 12lbs.

My question is should I do phase 1 until I'm back where I want to be? If so, then how many weeks should I spend on phase 2 and 3?

I'm waiting until after thanksgiving (this weekend) to start again as I know it will be harder the second time around.

Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated

My sister had the same issue and went back to her coach. They decided that she would be able to do phase 3 to lose the extra weight. She had gained 8lbs, so I don't think phase 1 would be absolutely necessary if you didn't want to start there. You could also start with phase two as lots of people continue to lose weight in phase 2 and since your weight only recently went on it will probably come off fairly quickly.

Join us on the rebooters thread.

My advice is to do phase 1 until you are back at your goal. It may take longer than you expect. Many rebooters stall, although measuring inches she's that we are shrinking.

Then phase off like you did the first time and return to maintenance.

In January I was up 12 pounds and I believe it too 6 full weeks of phase 1 to get rid of it...

Yup, come on over to the rebooters! We are all in pretty much the same position! I am currently rebooting to get rid of some summer weight gain before the holidays set in.
