Default Blue Team 2012 Fall Back To Basics Exercise Thread Week 6 (10/01-10/07)

For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs! Copy and paste the follow format and come back throughout the week to edit your original post. Let’s move those bodies!

Monday- walk/run 3.41 miles 48 min 511 calories
Tuesday- hula hooping 45min
Wednesday- treadmill at hotel 50min
Thursday- swim and run in pool 15min
Friday- walk in Whistler 45min/dance 1.5hrs
Saturday-

Tuesday-10,000 steps at night job
Wednesday-OFF
Thursday-1/2 hour boot camp class, 1/2 hour bosu class
Friday-OFF
Saturday-1 hour aerobics, 1 hour strength
Sunday-1 hour hike
