Hi! I do weight watchers and whole foods. Not organic though. I mainly cut out processed stuff and sugar and sugar substitutes because it caused me to be hungry all the time and overeat. Once I got rid of them (6 1/2 weeks, now) I feel better and am able to stay within my points. I've lost 20 lbs so far, too! I stick to anything real....fruits, veggies, lean meats, egg whites or eggs...I don't do dairy, either....also overly processed. Beans are great. I stay out of the pantry. Shop the outer edges of the store. Recipes from clean eating.com or clean eating magazine help for ideas but some of the recipes are quite involved. Good luck!!!!

If you're in it to lose weight and not just feel healthier, I recommend counting your calories. It's still possible to eat maintenance calories without knowing it, even if you're eating well.

As far as organic foods go, just start with what you feel you can do. You'll make changes as time goes on, but it doesn't all have to happen at once.
