I had my first appointment cancelled last week, and now it's time to go! I know you all have said coaches vary widely, but I was wondering if you could tell me what to expect for my initial visit? All they told me was how much money to bring...

It really depends on your coach.

For my first visit, we talked a lot about the program, how it works. She took my initial weight and measurements, and we talked about my goal weight. We went over the Phase 1 protocol sheets and the foods list. When I finally decided to go ahead, she gave me 21 different packets (my first week of food, lots of different kinds to try), salt, shaker and supplements.
