I had read an article last week about weight loss and they mentioned the site SparkPeople for menu planning. I checked it out and have fallen in love with the menus as they are so easy to use and I don't have to think about what I am going to eat. And the best part is it is free. If you are struggling to create healthy meals, you may want to check it out. Just an FYI as it might help someone else.
