SO I have been slacking so bad and even sliding back 25 lbs....argh. But my birthday is coming up in 4.5 months and I want to be back in the 150's by then if I can. I also have a wedding to attend in Feb and I want to look good for my sister on her special day. Anyone who would like to join me. please do! I will be checking in here everyday to make sure I stay on track.

So day one almost over and I did well. It is hard though! after a year of not dieting . whew the sugar cravings are out of control. But I feel good about taking the first step.
You may want to take a look at the Every day 21 day challenge in the Chicks up for a Challenge sub-forum. There are plenty of people on it that check in daily for accountability. It may help you stay accountable too.
