I made a stir-fry last night with broccoli, cauliflower, yellow onion, red and green pepper, summer squash, zucchini, carrots and celery. Proportionally, there's a lot more broccoli and cauliflower than anything else. Honestly, since it's just me eating it, I usually grab two handfuls.
I would guess that's about a cup and half, maybe a cup and 3/4. I've been averaging the calorie count at about 125. Does that seem in the ballpark?
No oil, just water. I guess they're really more steamed than anything.
