Okay, I so cannot remember where I read this, or maybe someone told me the story, but was really thinking about it today as I tried to talk myself out of going for a walk...

Supposedly, when sumo wrestlers are in training, part of their training includes eating humongeous meals, and then lying still for a long time.

Sounds familiar to me...no wonder I've got this long haul to make it to where I 'd like to be. Sometimes I'd even munch while lying down. Geez!

Somedays it just feels like some one finally put a spotlight on the things that I needed to do for myself and all of a sudden, things are just clicking.

Wow! That's definitely some motivation! I'll have to remember this next time I'm trying to justify skipping a workout. Thank you!

No kidding...... I am at the point now where I lay down after I work out..... which probably isn't the best.....but if I didn't lay down to fall asleep, I'd probably fall asleep at my comp......
