Default Water weight and TOM

I went for my week four weigh in today and only lost a pound since last week. Disappointing, yes, but my coach reassured me not to worry, that it was to be expected and sometimes even a gain is common during that TOM. Additionally, I lost five pounds last weigh in so maybe this is normal following a "big loss" week?

I have PCOS so my period is always irregular and I've never noticed much water retention but it certainly seems to be true.

Can I expect a decent loss next week? I am 100% on plan.

TOM came for me today. It also happened to be my 1st WI since restarting after taking 5 weeks off. I was surprised that I was actually dehydrated b/c I felt like my legs were swollen. My personal scale showed a 3 lb gain from yesterday to today.
