Default Escaping the 210s and 200s!!

I want one of these threads too! So I'm making one!

I've been hovering around the 213-215 range for the past MONTH! My goal is to get down to 205 by October! So far I'm down from 215.4 to 213.2 this month, hopefully I can maintain this momentum!

Good job on getting down to 213! I'm sure you will break the 210s soon! I'm currently 207.2, and I'm looking forward to breaking out of the 200s this month! I can't wait!

Good job to both of you! I've finally kicked my *** back on track and have dropped from the 206-210 fluctuation i was dancing with for months and am 203.0 as of this morning and just waiting with anticipation to ditch the 200s for good

212.8 today! I'm not changing my ticker yet in case it's a fluke, but so far this month I'm losing an average of 0.7lbs a day!

I know I can't keep it up but it certainly is a nice motivator to kickstart my month. The goal is to lose 1 lb every 3 days for a total of 10 this month. Right now I'm about where I should be for September 8th or so!

I hover around 219...it's infuriating. I've gotten down to 210, but then it'll slowly creep back up.

I'm hoping to see 209 by the end of the month...

And then 199 by my birthday! (Oct. 27th.)

I am at 202.8 this morning. I was down to 202 a week ago, but then went up and am slowly sliding back down. It doesn't make a whole bunch of sense to me because I haven't cheated at all. I can only assume it is water retention, but it is frustrating to see the scale not cooperate when you are on plan. Especially when I am this close to getting out of the 200's. I know I will have mixed feeling when I do break 200. I will be happy to be done with those numbers, but also a little peeved at myself that I ever got there. Oh well, I'm sure we all feel like that sometimes.

gatorgirl6 - Good job on your slow descent! You'll get below 200 in no time. As for your mixed feelings - let go of what happened in the past. Yes, you gained weight, but the important part is that you took control of your life and lost it again.

Somehow I am continuing to lose weight, even though it's that time of the month. I think it's because I thought ahead and made sure to drink A LOT of water the last few days to avoid the water retention. I had only anticipated losing about .5 this week because of that, but I'm already down almost 3 lbs (since Wednesday, which is my WW weigh-in day)!

Katbot - Thanks for starting this thread. I too wanted one.

Epicskyline, Thedollylala, pnkrckpixikat - It looks like we all might break into Onederland soon! Keep up the good work and we will be there in no time.

Fattitude - I decided to go with a hybrid. It probably isn't a bike store quality bike, but I got the best that I could afford. Even if I wanted a better bike, the money just isn't there right now. Now I just have to wait for this one to come in. I am so excited. It also seems like perfect timing because it won't be too long before it cools down outside.

After my weigh in this morning, I am creeping closer to Onederland. I was at 201.6. I hope to lose that 1.6 in a week or less. I guess that is extra motivation to eat right and work out hard.

GatorGirl: yay! I'm happy my toils have been appreciated

212.6 today! only 0.2 down but I've been consistently losing for the last 5 days which is phenomenal for me - usually I lose a day or two then plateau. Maybe I can get to my 10lb goal after all!

Hey, guys. I'm popping my head into this thread because I've officially gone back over 200. This morning I weighed in at 203. It's only a couple pounds to get me back into onederland, but they've been proving surprisingly stubborn.

Kahokkuri - We are glad to see you, but hope you get back to onederland soon. Hopefully we will be right there with you.

Katbot - Congrats on the consistent loss. I have been struggling with that lately. I'm following my diet and exercise to a 'T' but I will sometimes not move and other times go up. It's odd and frustrating.

I am going down, slowly but surely. I hope to keep this going this week so I can reach Onederland by my next weekly weigh-in (next Wednesday).
